Let me introduce you to the cauliflower pizza crust : vegan, easy and good.

I have seen many recipes of this healthy version of a pizza crust's. And I was very curious to ses how a dough could be made with cauliflower. It turned out good and pretty.

What you'll need : 

- 1 cauliflower

- 1/2 cup almond meal 

- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds

- 1/3 cup warm water

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- whatever you want for toppings 

Recipe : 

1- Mix the chia seeds in hot water and put them in the fridge.

2- Chop cauliflower and put in food processor to obtain rice like consistency.

3- Put cauliflower in boiling water and let cook for for 5 minutes before putting it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

4- Put cauliflower into a thin dish towel and squeeze all the water out.

5- Mix cauliflower, almond meal, oregano and chia seeds. Place your dough on a tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Place toppings of your choice.
