Hi everyone! I hope you're doing well and that you're starting this week-end with a great spirit.
I want to share with you my top 3 online fitness videos. You don't need any props to do them, a mat is great for your comfort but I've already done them on the floor. What you need is 10 minutes of your time for each of them. The effects of these exercises are great, and I love the positive energy they gave me each time I do them. They all have been in my bookmarks for a while.
1. Victoria's Secret model full body workout with Andrea Orbeck. You will work on everything and it's only ten minutes, perfect to fit in a busy day. I also love to add it as a warm-up before a run.
2. Abs and core workout. I know this one by heart, it's a really nice workout to start working on your abs. Very short and effective.
3. High-intensity interval training (or HIIT). You may have heard about this, basically you go for very intense exercises with short breaks between them. This one is the most playful!
