Who said bark had to be full of sugar and chocolate? Here is a nice yogurt version which keeps the pleasure of breaking and sharing specific to bark.
For this recipe I used low fat Greek yogurt mixed with fresh strawberries to add color and perfume. I added a little bit of honey and put the mixture on a tray covered with cooking paper. I sprinkled strawberries and pistachios on top and let it freeze for 2 hours.
