First time cooking with silken tofu! The texture is softer than regular tofu. There is much more water in it and it's very useful for creamy blended recipes.

This recipe has 3 main ingredients : silken tofu, avocado and pear. It's a fresh mousse topped with wheatgrass, mint and shredded Brazil nuts. This little vegan blend has excellent nutrients.
