On a busy morning it's a must to have your healthy breakfast ready. Overnight Oats are the perfect solution to get an excellent breakfast with many nutrients.
They are the easiest thing to do : oats soaked overnight in the milk of your choice (I love almond milk). Wait in the morning to put your favorite toppings on : nuts, berries, seeds, fruits, spices... Regarding proportions you just have to add milk on oats until they're well covered, they'll absorb the liquid during the night. Before adding your toppings on the morning you can heat your overnight oats a little bit if you like it.
