My book is out : "No-Cook Book, Eating Healthy Without a Full Kitchen"

I’m happy to announce that I released an ebook about cooking without a full kitchen. Its title is “No-Cook Book, How to Keep Eating Healthy Without a Full Kitchen.”

Delicious and nourishing meals without cooking is the promise of this book. The idea was born out of a love for good food but also out of practicality. Recipes that do not require any cooking are very handy when you have little space, when the weather is warm, or simply when you want something quick. 

I co-authored with Beata Rydyger, a registered nutritionist based in Los Angeles, CA. Beata wrote nutritional comments that give you all the information about the health benefits of the ingredients used in the recipes.

This no-cook “cookbook” has about 50 recipes, all made with only a knife and a plate! They are all illustrated with original pictures and drawings.

Three doctors participated in this project and shared no-cook recipes: Dr. Dana Cohen, Dr. Frank Lipman and Dr. Tara Swart.
